Our Process
Our design process begins with understanding the customers and their needs. Customers are drawn to products that they can empathize with. So we add elements of emotions to the designing process. We use a range of methods for research groundwork; including contextual studies, ethnographic research, usability testing, research of competitors, trend analysis, and patent search. Once we hinge on certain ideas we screen them to eliminate those that do not appear to have high potential and so avoid the costs incurred at later stages. Further, we work on concept development to gauge consumer reaction to the overall idea of the new product.
We then perform a feasibility study consisting of a market, economic, technical, strategic and risk analysis. Once the idea is tested and approved our design engineers take the lead and build a prototype to enable you to understand how a product looks, functions and performs before investing in costly tooling. They also meticulously design the physical appearance of a product, its shape, size, color, aesthetics aspects, market appeal and more. We perform multiple tests, revise the design and retest until a viable design is determined. Production is a critical part of any product’s success and we take it very seriously. Cost efficiency, quality management, reliability, and increased energy efficiency are the major aspects that we cover during the product development phase. Our marketing team will give you insights on how to promote and market the product based on its features at every step.
