Junior PHP Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Junior PHP Developer to join our in-house development team at Regur Technology Solutions. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience who are passionate about web development and eager to learn.

You will work closely with senior developers on a variety of exciting projects, ranging from custom business applications to dynamic websites, while building a strong foundation in backend technologies.

  • Basic understanding of web development concepts and programming logic

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and maintaining web applications using Core PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Write clean, efficient, and reusable code under the guidance of senior developers.
  • Collaborate with the team to implement new features and enhance existing applications.
  • Debug and fix simple issues, ensuring smooth functionality of applications.
  • Stay open to learning new tools, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Report progress, daily tasks, and challenges to your manager.

Desired Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in PHP development (freshers with good knowledge are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong understanding of PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of basic OOP concepts is desirable.
  • Good communication skills and willingness to work in a team environment.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and problem-solving mindset.

Interview Process

  2. Technical Interview (Theory + Practical Test) (2–3 hours)
