About Us

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Business Development Executive to drive growth at Regur Technology Solutions. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in creating long term value, strong sales skills, and a deep understanding of the technology industry to help clients make informed business decisions.


Key Requirement

  • Business Acumen & Industry Knowledge – Understanding market, competitors, and trends, especially in web development and open-source technology.
  • Business Development Expertise – Identifying opportunities and driving business growth.
  • B2B Sales Skills – Market Research, Upwork, LinkedIn & other platforms experiences, Lead Generation, Cold Calling, and Bidding, Outbound Sales (must possess Selling Techniques).
  • International Business Development Exposure – Experience in targeting global markets (European, USA).
  • Hunter Mentality – Proactively seeking new opportunities and making impactful connections.
  • Goal-Oriented & Competitive Mindset – Achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Team Collaboration – Working effectively within a growing team.

Desired Profile

  1. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Business Development field.
  2. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong email etiquette.
  3. Industry/Domain: IT service-based company experience is mandatory.
  4. Sales Performance: Proven track record of exceeding individual and team sales goals(at least 2 highest paid projects).
  5. Business Acumen: Ability to understand complex business processes and client needs.
  6. Software Proficiency: Familiarity with relevant software such as Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, Sales software, and Project Management tools.
  7. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, aptitude for self-learning, and the ability to adapt to new tools and processes.
  8. Social Media Presence: Active on social media platforms, with a strong business network and professional connections.

Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Market Research and Client Mapping: Identifying potential clients in the US and European markets looking for website development, graphic design, UX/UI services, and custom web/business applications.
  • Explore Industry Niches: Target sectors like SaaS, E-commerce, FinTech, EdTech, and Healthcare Tech for business opportunities.
  • Startup Outreach: Engage with startups and entrepreneurs to position the company as a technology partner.
  • Bidding & Proposal Management: Actively bid on platforms (Upwork, LinkedIn, Freelancer, etc.), create compelling proposals, and respond to RFQs/inquiries.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
  • Client & Team Coordination: Collaborate with developers/designers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Sales Process Improvement: Optimize strategies, experiment with new approaches, and contribute to team growth.

  • HR Screening/Telephonic Interview (30 to 45 Minutes)
  • Assessment & Final Interview – 2-3 hours, assessing sales skills, business growth strategies, along with role overview, policies, and package.
