We ideate to transition from identifying problems to creating solutions for your users. We combine the understanding you have of the problem and people you are designing for with your imagination to generate solution concepts. Particularly early in a design project, our emphasis on ideation is about pushing for a widest possible range of ideas from which you can select, rather than simply offering an obvious solution. We question the obvious, to reformulate our beliefs, and to redefine existing solutions, approaches, and beliefs.

Even though design thinking and ideation are not a linear process we mainly focus on empathizing and defining thoughts and ideas. We believe empathy is the centerpiece of a human-centered design process. We try to figure out how people emotionally relate to the products. We focus on understanding what consumers empathize with, why they buy certain products, how they relate to it and why it is meaningful to them. We then define the design process, which is all about bringing clarity and focus to the design space. Defining involves synthesizing and making sense of all the available information we gathered earlier and coming up with ideas by discovering connections and patterns. To conclude we define the type of person we are designing for, we extract our potential user’s most important needs and work to express all possible insights that can leverage your design solution.

It is very important to involve the right people during ideation. So along with our experienced team, we have a good mix of people who are either industry experts or novice consumers, so that we look at the idea from all different perspectives and not be biased.
